Owners and operators, Joanie & Jud Edwards have built a career out of bringing new life to old spaces, in both residential and commercial properties. As long-time residents of Graham, Texas they saw the need for an event space for the community to gather and knew 1212 Packing House Road was the perfect opportunity. Drawing on experience in the hospitality industry and a love of hosting, they've turned this former Veterans of Foreign Wars lodge into a gem in the heart of north central Texas.
